Local facts about water, sewers and codes are summarized from public sources and may change. Confirm requirements with your water utility or building department.

Services are arranged by phone. We give a price before work starts, and we explain any change in scope before extra work begins. Prices depend on the problem found on site and the time of the call.

Appointment times depend on schedule and conditions. We do not promise a specific arrival time.

We are not responsible for conditions that were hidden and could not reasonably be found, or for damage that occurred before our arrival. Insurance questions go to your insurer.
